Returns

Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery.

Items must:

• Be unused

• Be in their original packaging

• Include all accessories

Certain items such as personalized products, intimate goods, gift cards, and clearance items may not be eligible for return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
